Chiropractic Exam
Dr Cain has been teaching chiropractic seminars for most of his career. Part of the focus of these seminars is the diagnosis process. Finding and fixing the problem is what it's all about.... Correct the subluxation
Muscle Stimulation
Muscle stimulation is used to relax the taught muscles effected by decreased nerve flow. We use a low colt stimulator with water soaked hydroculator packs
Spinal Adjustments
Spinal adjustments are done specifically and with expert technique. With minimum harmful rotation, we use just enough force to get the job done.
Yoga
Kiso yoga is part of Dr Cain's book, Secrets of Healing Back Pain. Kiso yoga is for those experiencing back pain or are recovering from back pain. Its also for those who want a new style of yoga emphasizing stretching and strengthening the body without injury.
Kiso Method
Kiso Method works to ease the cranial sacral issues one may experience. Symptoms such as: dizziness, anxiety, restlessness, pain in the TMJ or upper neck or around the ear. It's also famous for its low back technique done on a kneeling bench. This low-forced technique is extremely effective for disc injuries
Kiso Method non-force
Using an oscillation procedure with the fingers, an adjustment is achieved. Used for infants and the elderly or anyone not wanting the "crack" known in the chiropractic field as an audible adjustment.

I am a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose CA, September 1988. I have given numerous seminars in California, Hawaii, and Germany in chiropractic adjusting and diagnosis. I have also given seminars with the world famous exercise guru Gilad. My seminars are usually focused on how to cure back pain, diet, nutrition, and exercise.
